1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at https://fryfly.shop (“Website”), creating a digital menu, utilizing any free utility tools, or paying for hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“User”, “Merchant”, or “You”) and FryFly Technologies (“FryFly”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Description of Services

FryFly provides a suite of digital web services, including but not limited to:

• Smart Digital Restaurant Menus: Cloud-hosted interactive menu pages accessible via custom URL slugs and dynamic subdomains (e.g., restaurant.fryfly.shop).
• QR Stand Generator: Automated generation of high-resolution printable table QR codes with customizable brand themes.
• Menu Management Portal: Token-based authentication allowing merchants to update dish names, pricing, and availability without creating complicated passwords.
• Free Micro Utilities: Browser-based client-side tools including UPI payment QR generator, WiFi QR generator, WhatsApp chat QR, VCard contact QR, and passport/exam image optimizers.

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Secret Edit Token

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date pricing and information for all food items.
• Upon successful creation, you are issued a unique Secret Edit Token. You are solely responsible for keeping this link confidential. Any modifications made using your valid token will be deemed authorized by you.
• You warrant that all uploaded images and text comply with applicable Indian food safety laws and intellectual property rights.

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

The fee for generating and activating a digital restaurant menu is clearly displayed prior to checkout (e.g., flat one-time launch fee of ₹29 for both manual entry and AI photo auto-extraction).

Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. FryFly reserves the right to revise future promotional pricing with advance notice on the Website.

6. Service Availability & Uptime Disclaimer

FryFly utilizes world-class distributed cloud infrastructure to target 99.9% uptime for digital menus. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or 100% continuous service. Routine maintenance, server updates, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.
• In no event shall FryFly be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from temporary downtime or physical print errors on table stands.

7. Prohibited Uses & Termination

You agree not to use FryFly to:

• Publish fraudulent menus, illegal substances, contraband, or deceptive pricing.
• Upload defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or abusive text or imagery.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or overload our edge infrastructure with automated bots.
• Impersonate any other restaurant, business, or government brand.

FryFly reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any menu that violates these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the total cumulative liability of FryFly Technologies to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to FryFly in the transaction giving rise to the claim (i.e., maximum ₹29).
